Terms

These terms cover your use of eidan.dev, the marketing site operated by Sielay Ltd. eidan itself — the core and every bundle — is free, open-source software; the licences below, not these terms, govern your use of the software.

The short version

The software & its licences

eidan's core and its plugin bundles are released as free software under the GNU AGPL v3, and the matbot engine they run on is under the Apache License 2.0. Your rights to use, run, modify, and redistribute the software come from those licences — including any obligations that attach to running a modified version over a network. There is no licence key, no runtime check, and nothing to buy.

Use of this website

You're welcome to browse eidan.dev for information about the project. Please don't misuse the site — no attempts to break, overload, or scrape it in a way that disrupts it for others. The site's own content and branding remain ours.

Newsletter

If you subscribe, we use the email address (and optional name) you give us to send occasional project updates. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete you at any time. See our Privacy & cookies note.

No warranty & liability

The software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. You are responsible for your own deployment, your data, your API keys, and your costs with any model provider. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Managed or bespoke arrangements

If we ever provide managed hosting or bespoke work for you, that will be covered by a separate written agreement made at the time — it is not offered or sold through this site.

Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Sielay Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 08942574).
